I offer private, semi private and small group mat Pilates classes with assorted props - gliders, therabands, magic circle and small stability ball. I specialize in trigger point self myofasical release or commonly called foam rolling, stretching safely within your body and barre work. These offerings can be virtual with whatever props you have at home or socially distanced at your own residence.

This is a 5 week workshop Pilates based movement that encompasses posture assessment and proper alignment, body mechanics, balance and breath, abdominal strength and pelvic stability and your posterior fascia line (connective tissue that affects tightness in the back body). As we continue to age, our bodies get stiff and achy but with this 5 week workshop I can coach you to stand up taller, feel more supported within your spine and continue to be mobile into your later years of life.
